We understand that there are times when outside factors beyond your control, such as heavy traffic, delays, and weather, can affect your tour. That’s why we offer a complimentary grace period of 10 minutes for your tour booking – any delay of less than 10 minutes will not incur additional fees.
For delays of more than 10 minutes, we do charge overtime fees. These will be billed at the end of your tour and can be paid directly via EFTPOS or Cabcharge in your vehicle. To avoid having to pay these overtime charges, we recommend you factor in a time buffer when booking your tour.
