We know you can’t control everything, and sometimes heavy traffic, delays, weather and other factors outside your control can impact your tour. With this in mind, we offer a complimentary grace period of 10 minutes for your tour booking – any delays of less than 10 minutes will not incur additional fees.
For delays of more than 10 minutes, we do charge overtime charges, billable at the end of your tour. These can be paid directly using EFTPOS or Cabcharge in your vehicle. We highly recommend building in a time buffer when booking your tour to avoid having to pay overtime fees.
The cost of your tour will depend on the number of travellers, your preferred vehicle(s) and the length of your tour. We’ll gladly provide a free online quote for your private tour – simply head to our quote page, provide us some information and we’ll get back to you within 24-48 hours.
